Youzzful Subscription Terms

Please read these Subscription Terms thoroughly and carefully. Their purpose is to establish the terms and conditions under which you obtain access to the Youzzful services and content. Should you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us at contact@youzzful.com.

These Subscription Terms are incorporated by reference in the Youzzful Terms and Conditions and form part of the agreement between you, the user of the Youzzful service ("Service"), and Youzzful ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Trial Period

We may offer a paid trial subscription for our services. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged the price indicated on the payment screen for your chosen subscription plan, and the trial will automatically convert into a full subscription.

2. Subscription and Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your selection at the time of purchase) until you cancel it.

3. Payment Method

Payment for your subscription will be charged to the primary payment method you provided at the time of purchase. You authorize us to store your payment method and to automatically charge the applicable subscription fees at each renewal period.

If a charge to your primary payment method fails (e.g., due to expiration or insufficient funds), you authorize us to retry the charge or use any other payment method stored in your Youzzful account. We may suspend or terminate your subscription if payment is not successfully authorized. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

4. Cancellation

Important: Canceling your trial or subscription will disable the automatic renewal. However, you will retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of the prepaid period.

Note: Simply logging out of the service or closing your browser does not cancel your subscription. You must follow the formal cancellation process below.

How to Cancel Your Subscription Purchased on the Youzzful Website

Since your subscription is managed directly through our Youzzful web application, you have full control over its status. To cancel and avoid future charges, you must do so through your Youzzful account profile.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your Youzzful account.
  2. Navigate to your Profile or Account Settings section.
  3. Click on "Subscription" or "Billing".
  4. You will see the details of your current plan and an option to "Cancel Subscription" or "Disable Auto-Renewal".
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Upon confirmation, your subscription will be set to not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access until the period you have already paid for concludes.

5. Changes to Subscription Fees

We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes by posting the new prices within the Service and/or by sending an email notification. If you do not wish to accept the new fees, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

6. Refunds

These refund conditions are in addition to any rights you have under applicable consumer laws.

For Subscriptions Purchased on Our Website:

Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws. A refund request will be evaluated based on the circumstances. Please submit any refund requests to contact@youzzful.com.

Please note the following:

  • Once a subscription period has ended, we generally cannot provide a refund as the service is considered fully consumed for that period, unless required by law.
  • If you purchase a specific, one-time digital product (e.g., a standalone guide or recording), you agree that you will have immediate access upon purchase and will not be eligible for a refund, unless the content is defective.
